What text, images or other material you have ready, and what you’d like to update yourself after launch.
Your priorities
What’s essential for launch, what could come later, your approximate budget and preferred timeframe. Include any language or accessibility needs.
How we’ll work together
We’ll agree the pages, features, connections to other services and what each of us needs to provide before starting. Your proposal will set out what’s included, the cost and the delivery stages, with opportunities to review progress and try things out before launch.
We’ll also explain any ongoing costs, such as hosting, subscriptions or AI usage, and the options for maintenance and support. If your plans change, we’ll agree any effect on cost and timing before adding the work.
