Terms of use
These terms govern your use of setstate.info. By using the site you accept them. They do not cover project work, which is governed by the contract agreed for each engagement (see section 5).
1. Who we are
setstate.info is operated by Setstate, a design and development studio based in Brazil.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt them
- Probe or scan the site for vulnerabilities without our permission
- Send automated, bulk or misleading enquiries through the enquiry form
3. Intellectual property
The site's text, design and code belong to Setstate unless stated otherwise. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
Client work shown on the site appears with the permission of the clients concerned.
4. Information on this site
The information on this site is general and may change without notice. Prices, plans and availability are a guide only: they are not an offer, and nothing on the site is binding until both parties have signed a written agreement.
5. Enquiries and project work
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. We may decline to quote or bid for any work.
Any project we carry out is governed by the proposal and contract agreed for it. Where they conflict with these terms, the contract prevails.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data sent through the site is set out in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the Brazilian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
10. Contact
